The summer heat wave isn’t over yet

Fall may be just around the corner, but this New York summer is going out on a memorable high.

Temperatures across the state have escalated to the lower 90s with a heat advisory in effect through this evening.

Even though temperatures are predicted to drop over the next week, New Yorkers should be prepared for some warmer days before fall weather arrives. Until then, the National Grid has issued some suggested tips to keep your home cooler while conserving energy.
